You might be interested in this band I came across recently called PAIN. The guy behind it actually strikes me as pretty similar to Trent. He also plays and produces everything himself for the albums, only having a band for live performances. He also produces other bands' albums and plays or has played in a few other bands as well. I'd be interested to see a collaboration between him and Trent. I'm not sure how PAIN escaped my notice til now (they've got six CDs) but I'm glad I finally came across him/them...
