Vaccinate

There is no autism link. The original paper by Dr. Wakefield et al has not only been thoroughly discredited (and many (most?) of the authors sanctioned for their fraud), but multiple studies since then have found no link whatsoever between any vaccine and autism.

Yes, there are the occasional reactions to vaccines. But compared to the diseases the vaccines prevent, they are exceedingly rare and very mild.

The anti-vaccine scare has done real harm -- the UK has seen vaccination rates as low as 78% (down from 95%), and recently has had its first measles death since... well, since the MMR vaccine was first invented!

Not vaccinating your kids does more harm (to them and to others) than vaccinating them will.

Link below is something I wrote recently (I wrote the answer to this question, just to be crystal clear) on the topic; it's not directly on the topic of the autism-vaccine "link", but it has relevant information.
