IUD question/issue/group hug

So we had vigorous interpersonal relationships Sunday morning. We tried a new position, and I could feel my IUD jostling around, so we switched quickly. Afterward I was spotting, but that isn't abnormal for me. And the next day I was still spotting, but it was just light pinkish discharge. Today there's tissue and bleeding, about comparable to a normal flow day when I was on hormonal birth control. Stuff I know:

1. It was inserted Oct. 13 and I started my period the next day. So this was about 2 weeks after that ended. Hrum.

2. It's been continuous spotting, so it doesn't seem likely it's implantation bleeding. Plus it's only the 3rd day, counting Sunday, so it's too early for implantation bleeding.

4. It's still a new IUD, so there's bound to be shifting and settling going on, and bashing the thing into growing endometrial lining seems...disruptive.

5. I was on HBC for nearly 8 years and stopped without a backward glance, so my cycles are likely to be whack for quite a while.

I know all these things. I also lack symptoms of any form of infection, so I'm not worried about PID or a cyst or anything (no pain). I just really don't want to have to deal with a pregnancy. And the fact that I can't even test for another week is driving me apeshit! So, those of you with an IUD, especially the nulliparous: bleeding after sex a couple days later? Triggering an early flow? Those of you who took HBC then stopped, did you start cycles earlier than normal? I know many women start later, but I've not heard of earlier.

(For the record, my follow-up ultrasound is to be scheduled after my next period, whenever that may be, so we can make sure cramps etc. aren't going to dislodge it once it settles. I'm not worried about it since I've a properly-sized uterus and have no kids, but you know. It'd be my luck.)

Make me feel better, 4K ;-;
