It doesn't sound like anything too serious, unless you generally have issues with bruising ridiculously easy and/or bleeding a lot. Sometimes when you've got a cold, either the cold medicine or just all of that snot drying up will make the mucous membranes inside your nose very dry. When I was a kid, there were a few times that certain cold meds would give me a nasty nosebleed every time I sneezed. Claritin used to always do this to me, though now it just makes my nose feel dry.
