Liberal groups, or the Obama campaign? Are the paid ones only protesting or obstructing/heckling? Circling a venue while honking horns, as Romney's people did, sounds like a ticketable offense. Blocking access to a venue likewise sounds like it would have legal consequences. But it's unclear to me whether those people were paid, and if so by whom.
