Couple of questions:

1) Can the date be predicted?
2) Will we rise up in this boidy or not?

Now, I have my own thoeries and I came to some very interesting conclusions.

#1 - Why can't the date be predicted? I have been preached that "No man know the day or the hour..."

However, Jesus says this, right before that, in Mathew 24:35
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."

And THEN he says in verse 36
"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."

I think we all (who believe in the rapture) can agree that the rapture will happen before the heaven and earth passes away.

and

#2 - Where does it say that our bodies wiull rise up to meet the lord? In fact, after doing a long study, I am beginning to believe thaqt we will die and our soul will rise up and be changed and meet the lord in the air and we will put on immortal bodies. The most compelling evidence is found in Hebrew 9:27
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

Something else, how could the non believer continue to not believe if millions of people just disappear? What is they all died? Then, I believe that world leaders could explain better how there will be no live children. Think about that for a moment... A supernove sent waves of radiation and small children die instantly and the rest we sick or unable to handle the radiation...

Oh, and btw... Enoch was taken up and did not see death and so was Elijah. Soi how could this be when it clearly states in Hebrews that men must dies once? Maybe Enoch and Elijah are the two witnesses who are slained during the great tribulation...

Give me you take on things...
