I downloaded Malwarebytes and did a complete scan of both my C and D drives. After 1 hour, 27 minutes and 15 seconds, it completed the scan. I checked all for removal, and Anti-virus Number-1 frizzled up into oblivion.

I won't be harassed by them ever again!
