so I am making a cookbook for my mom for Christmas of her loose recipes. I'm coming across some that are just wonderful so I thought I would share some as I go along.

Apple Crisp

1 c quick oats
1 c sugar
¼ c water
1 qt apples
2/3 c flour
1/3 c oleo

Mix together sugar, flour, oleo, and oats. Put apples in baking dish. Pour dry mix over apples and bake for 1 hour at 350◦.
