Fried Pies
1 can regular biscuits
1 can pie filling
2 c cooking oil
Flour
Remove biscuits from tin and let stand 20 minutes. On floured board, roll out biscuits. Spoon 2 Tbsp pie filling on center of each. Fold dough over and press edges together with floured fork. Cook 2 pies at a time in hot oil. Fry until light brown and turn. Drain on paper towels.
