From The Ultimate Cookie Collection cookbook:
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c peanut butter**
2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 all purpose flour
2 c mini marshmallows
1 c (6oz) semisweet chocolate chip (I used milk chocolate)
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour until blended.
2. Spread dough onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 375* for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake 5-6 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
Yield: 10-12 servings
**Reduced fat and generic brands of peanut butter are not recommended for this recipe.
(I used store brand anyways and it seems ok so far)
Pics soon. Hopefully tonight, but maybe tomorrow.
