eating out is only partly about the food - its also about the experience of eating out. youre paying for the atmosphere and service just as much as the food.
i do agree, though, that its wrong to advertise something as made in-house if its just something reheated from sysco. thats wrong and is probably illegal if someone really wanted to pursue it, if its MISlabelled. if they just dont say, then it wouldnt be illegal, but if they say its made in-house and its not, then it could be, or should be.
