I'm looking at the selections of Dagoba chocolate on their website right now. My uncle Rick (well, family-friend, not technically uncle) recently sent us three chocolate bars from them (part of an Oregonian food sampler for Christmas), and although I'm not big into dark chocolate, the Xocolatl bar is very good. (Rick also sent us three blue cheeses, including one called "Oregonzola," but I don't like blue cheese enough to actually care.)

So now I'm looking at what else they've got. And they've got some damn good-sounding stuff on that site. Unfortunately, it's $3.45 per 2-oz (56g) bar. Too rich for my blood, especially with shipping.

Still, it's nice to dream. One day I may splurge on a bar or two. (Heh, I sound so cheap, don't I?) You can take a look for yourself, if you want; I've linked it below. I hear from Clare (who's more into dark chocolate than I am) that the New Moon bar is good. She ate it all before I could try it myself. :-P The Eclipse one's too dark for both of us. But I do recommend the Xocolatl, if you've got the money to spare. Spicy goodness right there. :-)
