get lots and lots green beans
wash em and cut the ends off
in a large wok or heavy-bottom frying pan, heat some oil til hot
stir-fry the green beans til tender but firm
add plentiful amounts of minced garlic and sesame seeds
mix a bit more for the garlic to cook
douse in a generous amount of soy sauce
mix around a bit more
remove and enjoy. mmmmmmmm....
(this was a very scientific and precise recipe... ;) )
