Let me reiterate:
2 sexual assaults => 438 years in prison
This doesn't even include the sentence should he be convicted of the 9 murders - this is just 2 sexual assaults.
Does he belong behind bars? Absolutely. But 438 years seems to definitely fall under the "unusual" side of "cruel and unusual punishment".
