i dont see what the big deal is. everyone goofs off at work a bit now and then. i dont think it should affect the case at all. the wii was probably bought with drug money anyway, so even though it wasnt per se what they were looking for, its a derivative of it, so theres no reason that should invalidate the warrant. the greater question is why it was necessary to have so many cops there with so much down time. once they realized they werent needed they should have been sent off to do something else. still, though $4000 to bring down a drug dealer isnt bad...
