In a move that can only be described in terms of "WTF???", Boston has decreed that e-cigs are to be covered under cigarette bans.
Why? Well, cut through the bullshit about some made-up threat to public health and safety, and you pretty much to one of two real reasons: "Just 'cuz", or "'Cuz they look like the real thing".
