In this list, I speak for myself only
- Whenever I do something like holding the door or pulling out chair, say thank you...every time I do it. If I can make the effort to do it, you can make the effort to say thank you
- To respond to the open-the-car-door thing...after I open the car door for you, I notice if you lean over and unlock my side(sadly, this one as relevant nowadays with power locks)
- Be polite to everyone(you know, like waiters and such)
- While swearing every now and then is alright, if over 50% of your words are curse words...
That's all I can think of right now...if I think of more, I'll add comments!
