Not sure what to say. I did a bit of research (nothing you couldn't find out by googling it, really), but pretty much none of it was good news. Like Four says, it seems to be one of the least curable types out there--the things I read say that treatment for this is simply palliative (ie. not intended to cure, but to relieve symptoms and perhaps slow progression).

I know you say you're okay, but I am sorry nonetheless..
