Coughing + underwire = chest pain

I had this horrible cough (which is aaaalllmost gone, finally) and at some point while coughing I developed this pain on the right side of my chest, right where my underwire hits. It hurts when I move, especially bending, but not when I breathe. Any thoughts on what it can be and how I can speed the healing along?
