After reading about the anti-anxiety effects of kava kava, I decided to give it a try. I was somewhat surprised that it worked. Felt sort of like taking xanax, but less harsh.
My wife tried it as well, but she experienced no effect.
Interesting stuff, this kava. Numbs the mouth, as well. Tastes like dirt!
