Still have some faint ringing, but that's actually normal for me (has been all my life, doctors have said it's nothing to worry about unless it gets worse or begins to obstruct my hearing). Sensitivity to sound seems to be gone, as does the last remnants of hearing loss.
I wouldn't be surprised is a hearing screening turns up some remaining hearing loss, but I've been a bit hard of hearing for quite a while so it'd be hard to say that shooting my rifle on Saturday was to blame.
