I don't see it being an effective anti-drinking campaign, either.
Actually since pretty much everyone has seen the effects of drinking directly in their mates or other groups of students, and still carries on doing it, I'm pretty sure that showing the effects of drinking isn't going to get them to stop. They know what the effects are, they just (for some reason, heh) think it's worth it.
