You can use either corn or flour tortillas, but fry one in just a bit of oil till it's a bit crispy on both sides, blot the oil off and brush on a tiny bit of melted butter. Then sprinkle on some cinnamon and sugar. I cut them afterward with a pizza cutter, but I suppose you could do them beforehand too.

But the chips sound yummy, too.
