How do you do leg lifts?

I'm always looking for new excercises I can do at home!
What people sometimes don't know about weight gain is you do gain some muscle along with the fat, to support your heavier weight. So while things like pushups that require you to lift your own weight get harder because you have more weight to lift, you may be surprised when doing other strength excercises. I'm actually a lot stronger than I was when I was thin, partly because gaining weight made me realise I should get some excercise, but partly because just walking around at a heavier weight required my body to gain muscle to be able to carry it.
