Insurance industry definitely needs reform

I won't argue with that. For one, no insurance company should ever be able to overrule a patient's doctor on what is or is not necessary. However, I will argue that increasing our already-bloated government bureaucracy with the necessary offices and agencies required to handle the insurance needs of all Americans is not the way to go.

I will also argue vehemently (and I have) against forcing every American into buying insurance, especially before said industry has been reformed and we've seen it working better for Americans.
