Posted by Sir Four at 9:08pm May 9 '13If there were a sort of scholarship program where you get points for X, Y, and Z (things like education, work history, under-representation, pledges for community service, etc), and these points apply to reductions in the fee. I'm just pulling this out of thin air, of course. It's more of a thought exercise than anything we're likely to see proposed in congress.
